At Ravo Design, we work hard to deliver high quality creative work that meets your expectations.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they work.
If you request a refund before we start any work, you are eligible for a full refund.
Once initial concepts, drafts or sample designs have been delivered, refunds are not available because time and effort have already been invested.

If a client does not respond for 14 days or more, the project may be marked as completed and no refunds will be issued.

We always encourage clients to provide clear guidance from the start.
If you are unhappy with the initial drafts:
However, this does not qualify for a full or partial refund once work has started.
In rare cases (unexpected emergencies, unsuitable project fit), Ravo Design may cancel a project.
If this happens:
Any digital files delivered (designs, videos, source files) cannot be returned, therefore refunds are not available once the final files are sent.
